• The current, most up-to-date safety standard is IEC 61111:2009. It means that the mats are flame-retardant and have undergone rigorous testing, with improved resilience to oils, acids, and low temperatures.

 

• The IEC 61111:2009 standard categorizes products by working voltage and allocates a class of protection against these. Each meter of matting is color-coded to highlight what level of protection it offers.

 

The Marking color is according to the color-coding of the Standard. Matting confirms the following specifications required by Standard

• Puncture resistance test
• Dielectric test
• Aging test
• Flame retardance test
• Acid resistance test
• Oil resistance test
